She is survived by: her children, Jetson Toombs, Jr. (Gloria) of Augusta, Virginia Quimbley (late Otis Larry) and Julia A. Toombs of Camilla, Georgia; her grandchildren, Antonio Pinkins (Shaletha) of Spartanburg, Tory Sebastian Quimbley (Abigail) of Jacksonville, Travis Darnell Quimbley of Camilla, Shakendra Toombs of Atlanta and Dr. LaToya Shenee Toombs of Silver Spring, Maryland; and her siblings, Julius Lumpkin (Dora), Antonio Lumpkin (late Natalie), Hettie Mae Jackson, Claretha Saffold, Almaree Laster (David), Portia Harvey and Rosetta Lumpkin. She is also survived by several great grandchildren; several great-great grandchildren.
