She was predeceased by : her parents, Emerson Lee and Martha Dorcas Boyd Strode; and her brother David Strode. She is survived by : her sons, David Adams of Baconton and Stephen Adams; and her grandchildren, Emily Adams of Pelham and Chance Adams of Pelham.

A funeral service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Willis-Jamerson-Braswell Funeral Home (176 Hand Ave W, Pelham, GA 31779). A burial was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at the Pinecrest Memory Gardens (3464 US-19, Pelham, GA 31779).
