He is survived by: his daughters, Erica (Marcy Burdette) and Courtney (Ryan Crump); his grandchildren, Lexey Phillips of Canon, Myles Burdette of Canon and River Hanley of Canon; his siblings, Andy Buffington, Bill Buffington, Dean Buffington, Steve Buffington (Nancy), Hazel Allen (Edward) and Carolyn Parten; and his brother-in-law Johnny Banister.
