He was predeceased by: his parents, Weldon Lee Echols and Irene Lucy Blackmon Echols. He is survived by: his sisters, Leila Prince of Hartwell and Sybil Bell (Roger) of Gaffney, SC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
