She is survived by: her children, Sherry Gaines (Ben Layne) of Chattanooga, TN, Bobby Gaines of Canon, GA, Ken Gaines (Barb Anderson) of Columbia, SC and Chandler Gaines (Michelle) of Gainesville, GA; her siblings, Noel White (Betty Shaw) of Franklin, NC and Barbara Skelton Temples (Mark) of Hartwell, GA; her sister-in-law Beverly Huff White of Peachtree City, GA.; her grandchildren, Debbie Watkins (Ronnie) of Athens, GA, Richard Gaines (Kim) of Bethlehem, GA, Ricky Dale Gaines (Jennifer) of Hartwell, GA, Regina Gaines of Canon, GA, Jim Gaines of Canon, GA, Traci Hornick (David) of Hartwell, GA, Dan Gaines (Michelle) of Canon, GA, Tyler Layne (Mary Darby) of Nashville, TN, Tom Gaines (Amy) of Fort Mill, SC and Kate Gindhart (Pete) of Columbia, SC; and her stepgrandchildren, Bethany Kirkland (Josh Thraikill) of Dahlonega, GA, Joshua Kirkland (Taylor) of Oakwood, GA, Jacob Kirkland of Dawsonville, GA and Jeffrey Andrew Kirkland, Sr. (Giana) of Winder, GA.. She is also survived by twenty-six great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.
