He is survived by: his wife Mary Outz of Canon; his children, Allison (Casey Adams), Janie (Jody Coulon), George Ray Outz of Canon and Jeffery R Outz of Canon; his grandchildren, Carter Adams, Cole Adams, Ryleigh Outz, Reece Bridges, Blake Bridges and Haley Outz; and his siblings, Evelyn Beatenbough of Danielsville and Roger Outz of Bowersville.
