In the sacred silence of farewell, Angie is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Angie's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

She is survived by : her daughter Ashley Carter (Jeff Peardon); her grandson Aaron Carter; her parents, Jerry Swaney and Linda Swaney; and her siblings, Charles Swaney (Felisha Strickland) and Lynn Allred (Daniel). She is also survived by one niece; four nephews; as well as cousins and friends.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM and on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM at the Sosebee Funeral Home (191 Jarvis St, Canton, GA 30114). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
