He was predeceased by: his wife Geraldine Satterfield; and his grandson Jake Satterfield. He is survived by: his children, Lynette Blackwell, Elaine Dotson, Jim Satterfield (Angie) and John Satterfield (Cricket). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sosebee Funeral Home (191 Jarvis St, Canton, GA 30114). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
