It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Pruitt of Canton, Georgia, born in Griffin, Georgia, who passed away on June 28, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Bob Pruitt (Rhonda), Angie Morgan (Dwayne) and Mike Pruitt (Kelly); her grandchildren, Zack Morgan (Brittany), Chris Pruitt (Sarah), Carissa Pruitt, Tyler Morgan (Caitlin), Dillon Morgan (Hannah) and Tristen Pruitt; her great grandchildren, Rhett, Raelynn, Millie, Sutton, Hadley, Haisley and Nixon; her brother David Lewis (Jenny); and her son Bobby Pruitt (Connie). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
