She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Cowart and Annie Mae Cowart. She is survived by: her siblings, Jerry Cowart (Martha), Ben Cowart, Scott Cowart (Terri) and Faye Jett (Kenneth); her close friend Donas Byess; and her siblings-in-law, Helen Ragsdale and Lonnie Cantrell.

In lieu of flowers. Donations may be made to St, Jude Children's Hospital.
