He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Brook and Vera Brook; his wife Jo Ann Brook; and his siblings, Ann, Charlene and Edgar.
He is survived by: his sons, David Brook (Leslie) and Darryl Brook (Laura); his brother Scotty Brook (Cathy); his grandchildren, Wayne, Michelle, Megan, Katy Jo Ann and Amanda; and his great grandchildren, Lauren, Kevin, Robert, Lily, William, Kayden, Reece, Kinsley and Reid.
