He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert "Wormie" Fowler and Jessie Fowler; his sister Shirley Hillhouse (Harold); and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Fowler and Doyle Sims.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Fowler; his daughters, Sherry Little (Kenny) and Donna Kelley (Roy); his grandchildren, Amanda Waters (David), Jessica Raper and Sgt. Tyler Kelley; his great grandchildren, Bryce Waters, Landen Waters and Zoe Raper; and his siblings, Linda Sims, Bobby Fowler, Tommy Fowler (Juanita) and David Fowler.
