He was predeceased by : his wife Marilyn Tatum; and his daughter Jennifer Norton. He is survived by : his children, Joe Tatum (Lisa) and Kristen Tatum; his grandchildren, Joseph Tatum (Melissa), Chris Edmondson and Paul Norton; his great grandchildren, Regina Tatum, Marilyn Tatum and Logan Tatum; and his sister Rebecca Lipscomb. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
