He was predeceased by: his mother Cindy Hollingsworth. He is survived by: his father Chuck Hollingsworth; his stepmother Jill Sreenan Hollingsworth; his brothers, Matthew Hollingsworth, Carson Hollingsworth and Grant Hollingsworth; his grandmother Judy Kessel; his uncle Pete; his aunt Sally Allen; his cousins, Ryan and Casey; his aunt Kathy Kessel; and his uncle Rodney Hollingsworth.
