He is survived by: his wife Judy Jackson Raines; his sons, Caury Norman Raines (Joanna) and Jason Milliard Raines (Vanessa); his granddaughters, Makayla Janee Raines and Summer Lily Raines; his sister Velerie Raines Bridges (Curtis Bridges); his nieces and nephews, Peter Jerome Bridges (Tonya), Porsche Bridges Yearly (Robert) and Brittany Bridges; his siblings-in-law, Janie Jackson Belton, Joyce D. Jackson and William Jackson; and his friends, Larry and Mary Webb.
