She was predeceased by: her former husband Robert "Mac" McCollum; and her father Dennis Chewning. She is survived by: her mother Cindi Moore (Teddy); her children, Jessica Hall (Chris), Josh Kurtz (Chelsea) and Matt McCollum; her grandchildren, Aaron, William and Scarlet; her brothers, Ken Chewning (Michelle), Darren Chewning and John Swiger (Rachel); and her fiancé Corey Hardin. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
