He was predeceased by: his parents, James White and Vista White. He is survived by: his wife Vickie White; his children, Jeremy Martin, Jamie Martin, Jessica White, Jenna White and Justin Bohannon; his siblings, Larry White (Jean), Glenn White (Anita), Teresa Peardon (Larry) and Sherrie Key (Scott); his uncle Jack; and his aunt Reba Buchanan. He is also survived by ten grandchildren as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
