He was predeceased by: his parents, George Russell Sr. and Dorothy Wheeless; his stepfather Bill Wheeless; and his brother Randy Russell. He is survived by: his wife Becky Russell; his stepchildren, Sam Mason and Jessica Cooke (Trenton); his siblings, Scott Russell (Kim), Judy Montgomery, Laura White and Cheryl Harper; and his sister-in-law Shirley Russell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
