He was predeceased by: his parents, John Russell and Lois Russell. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Russell; his children, Mariah Millard (John), Kyle Russell (Kayleigh), Nathan Lowden (Suzy) and Jason Lowden (Kelly Lopez); his brothers, Glenn Russell (Suzan) and Douglas Russell (Joni); and his nephew Chad Russell. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and three great- grandchildren.
