He was predeceased by: his wife Patsy; his parents, Robert Fendley and Ruby Fendley; and his brothers, Ricky Fendley and Hoyal Fendley.
He is survived by: his children, Dewayne Fendley (Kim), Darrell Fendley (Wanda), Dena Milner (Danny) and Doretta Blankenship (Scott); his brothers, Charles (Linda Fendley) and James (Debbie Fendley); his sister-in-law Jean Fendley of Jasper; and his sisters, Jean (Robert Richards), Opalene (Forest Martin), Charmet (Carl Vining), Ruth Ann Sims of Canton, Linda Chadwick of Canton and Nancy Fendley of Montrose, Colorado. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and many beloved friends.
