He was predeceased by : his wife JoAnn Bloom; his parents, Jesse Bloom and Betty Bloom; and his brother David Bloom. He is survived by : his children, Carolyn Bloom and Steve; his daughter-in-law Allison Bloom; his children, Jeff Bloom and Deborah Bloom; and his brothers, Andy (Janice Bloom), Dick (Lucy Bloom) and Tim (Janine Bloom). He is also survived by grandchildren, extended family members, and countless friends.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Sawnee View Memorial Gardens (1390 Dahlonega Hwy, Cumming, GA 30040).
