He was preceded in death by, Brother - Albert Lefkowitz Survivors include: Wife - Elaine Lefkowitz Children - Tammy Campos Wendy (Richard) Bongo Dina (James) Kuhn David Lefkowitz Robbie Lefkowitz Grandchildren - Samantha, Ryan, Emily, Kylie, Madison, Caitlin, Jason, Payton Nephew - Mark Lefkowitz and several other nieces, nephews, family & friends also survive In leiu of flowers donations may be made to sponsor Emily in her walk to end Alzheimer's.
