He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest J. Davis and Hester Dowda Davis; and his brothers, James, Jess and Bob Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Payne Davis; his daughters, Angie Lewis (Tom) and Andrea Stiles (Erick); his grandchildren, Heather Holcomb (Shawn), Grace Lewis (Huntre), Ruby Lewis and Noah Stiles; his great grandchild Riley Sisson; and his sister Ernestine Hoffman (Peter). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, bonus great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM and on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the South Canton Funeral Home (3147 Marietta Hwy, Canton, GA 30114). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Hopewell Baptist Church (468 Hornage Rd, Ball Ground, GA 30107).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Shriners Children's Hospital—an organization close to Mr. Davis' heart.
