He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Swaney and Mary Swaney; his daughter Angie Collett; and his brother Herbert Swaney. He is survived by: his wife Linda Swaney; his children, Charles Swaney (Felisha), Lynn Allred (Daniel) and Wendy Youngblood; and his brothers, Ricky Swaney (Doris) and Bill Swaney (Peggy). He is also survived by six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; as well as extended family.
