He is survived by: his daughter Jeri Cook; his siblings, Helen Underwood (Fred) and P. J. Manous; and his grandchildren, Jamie Grizzle (James), Stefany Edwards (Trevor), Kristina Snow (Kyle), C. J. Collins (Nicole), Olivia Manous, Jessica Cook and Justin Cook. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; as well as nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
