He was predeceased by: his wife Debra Ann Smith; his daughter Sarah Jane Smith; his parents, Sam Smith and Ollie Smith; and his sisters, Becky Abernathy, Shirley Barnes and Bonnie Smith.
He is survived by: his son Sam Smith; his siblings, Brenda Zingraf and Jimmy Smith; and his granddaughter Deliah Jenkins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
