She was predeceased by: her parents, Casmir Stankiewicz and Martha Revolinski; her husband David Lee Goltz; her siblings, Elsie Markiewicz (Paul), Evelyn Foss (William), Eleanor Meulemans (Jerry Sr), Irene Gore (Gerald), Bernice Faltynski (Roger), Mary, Harry Stankiewicz (Elaine) and Richy Stankiewicz; and her sister-in-law Anne Stankiewicz.
She is survived by: her brother Wayne Stankiewicz; and her children, Richard Lee Goltz (Sandy), James Lee Goltz (Jennifer), John Lee Goltz (Kandi) and Vikki Ann Kaiser (Charles). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren (8 boys and 1 girl) and 9 great-grandchildren.
