She was predeceased by: her father Richard Lemmick. She is survived by: her mother Linda Lemmick; her husband Jason Shain; her siblings, Kimberly Snyder and Anthony Roberts; her nieces, Kaydence Snyder, Kayla Phelps and Alexis Roberts; and her great-nieces, Sawyer Phelps, Addison Phelps and Hadley Phelps.
