He was predeceased by: his parents, Rubin Hilliard and Lura Hunter Hilliard; and his brothers, Dwight David Hilliard and Rubin Hilliard, Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Ruby Hilliard, Mariea Hilliard of Canton, Georgia, Rufus Wade Hilliard (Chris) of New Mexico and Sidney Hilliard (Dimple) of Dalton, Georgia. He is also survived by nephews, cousins, other relatives, friend, and his beloved dog.
