He is survived by: his children, Marc, Charlene Terry, Marcia and Joshua Starzyk; his grandchildren, Taylor, Amber, Adriana and Andrew; his great grandchildren, Baylee, Grayson and Hayden; his sisters, Shirley Smith and Brenda (Tony Barron); and his sister-in-law Darlene Terry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
