She is survived by: her mother Nancy Truelove Kelchner of Canton, GA; her children, Jourdan Foley (John) of Vincennes and Drew Tackett of Corydon, KY; her siblings, Kristen Hester (David) of Woodstock, GA and Larry Kelchner (Robin) of Hellerton, PA; and her grandsons, Luke Foley of Vincennes and Wyatt Foley of Vincennes. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
