She was predeceased by: her parents, Kade Thomas and Minnie Thomas; her husband Roy Lee Lummus; her daughter-in-law Linda Lummus; and her siblings, Cliff, Bentley (Imogene Thomas), Flonnie Stringer and Myrtle Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Lummus, Judy Bruce, Jackie Lummus and James Lummus (Mattie Laura); her grandsons, Clint Lummus (Michelle), Chet Lummus and Cliff Lummus; her great grandchild Chloe Lummus; and her sister Betty Frady. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Sosebee Funeral Home (191 Jarvis St, Canton, GA 30114). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Macedonia Memorial Park (10685 E Cherokee Dr, Canton, GA 30115).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Hickory Flat Cemetery Fund or a charity of choice.
