She is survived by: her husband Scott T. Pannell; her mother Barbara Owens; her stepparents, Nathaniel Owens and Loretta Owens; her half-brother James Edwards; and her brother-in-law Stan Pannell. She is also survived by cousins, other relatives and many friends.
