She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Morris Sr. and Viola Tanner Morris. She is survived by: her children, Willie Ray Byrd, Angela D. Byrd-Vines and Christopher A. Byrd; her great grandchildren, Keih, Hooks, Janiya Byrd, Keinyuan Hooks and Keiyalon Stephens; and her siblings, Eloise Giddens, Faustina Rogers, Sylvester Morris and James Perry Morris (Nina). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Due to COVID-19 facial coverings are required when entering the church for visitation and social distancing guidelines will be in practice.
