He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Eugene Lowe and Elizabeth Holford Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie N. Lowe; his children, Christopher Lowe (Beth) and Cynthia Bradley (Kevin); and his siblings, Kathy Morris, Melanie Wilder (Bruce) and Steve Lowe (Marlene). He is also survived by grandchildren and one step-grandson.
