He was predeceased by: his father Edward; his grandfather Meyer; and his stepfather Lamar Frazier. He is survived by: his mother Marjeane Frazier; his daughters, Lauren Meyer, Taylor Zeno, Naomi Bills and Sheby Bills; and his grandchildren, Michael Smith, Saylor Lacey and Oliver Bills.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Chapel of South Canton Funeral Home (3147 Marietta Hwy, Canton, GA 30114).
