She is survived by: her children, Renee Kline and Craig Hopkins; her grandchildren, Laurie, Danner, Lindsay, Katie and Erin; and her great grandchildren, Zachary, Tyler, Annecamille, Rett, Kailey, Taylor, Noah and Evie.

In lieu of flowers, donations are to be made to the Georgia Mountains Hospice in her Memory.
