He was predeceased by: his parents, Inman Harold Clark, Sr. and Grace Davidson Clark; and his siblings, Inman Harold Clark, Jr. (Buddy), Avaline Clark Boles and Millie Pearl Skelton.
He is survived by: his sons, Bryan Phillip Clark (Laura) of Jefferson and Blake Inman Clark (Tyler) of Monroe; his sisters, Kathie Lee of Winder and Rachel Ferguson of Loganville; and his grandchildren, Maddox Clark, Luke Clark, Lily Clark, Lincoln Clark and Emersyn Clark.
