She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Ruth and Florence Bertling Ruth; and her sister Gail Polenz. She is survived by: her husband Clyde Schnars; her children, Dr. Beth Schnars and Dr. John Schnars; and her grandchildren, Ryan Crumpler, Jordan Crumpler, Rae Annah Schnars and Elijah Schnars.
