She was predeceased by: her parents, Omen Fountain and Bonnie Fountain. She is survived by: her husband Ronald L. Duke; her daughter Dana Bryant (Robert); her grandchildren, Kayla Johnson (Andrew) and Kelsey Bryant (Josh Silver); her great grandchildren, Madalyn Johnson, Makyna Johnson and Waylon Johnson; and her siblings, Roger Fountain and Cathy Caylor. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
