He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyal Williams and Ruthell Williams; his brothers, Wade Williams and Scotty Williams; his father-in-law Buck Rampley; and his brother-in-law Ricky Rampley.

He is survived by: his wife Becky Williams; his son Matt Williams; his siblings, Dianne Standridge (Ricky), Daniel Williams (Angie), Renia Meeks (Jeremy), Joe Williams (Priscilla) and Randy Williams; his mother-in-law Jean Rampley; and his sisters-in-law, Kathy Long (Joe), Glenda Smith (Eddie) and Tammy Chambers (William). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
