It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Terry Trippe Jr. of Canton, Georgia, who passed away on January 14, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his wife Ruth Marzelle Trippe (Deese). He is survived by : his children, Susan Trippe of Flowery Branch, GA and David; his daughter-in-law Shannon Trippe of Canton, GA; his daughters, Debra Trippe Kahl of Flowery Branch, GA and Terry Lynn; his son-in-law Kim Allen of Queen Creek, AZ; his grandson Clinton; his granddaughter-in-law Cristal Kahl; his grandchildren, Andrea Kahl and Josh; his granddaughter-in-law Veronica Allen; his grandson Joel Allen; and his great grandchildren, Cedar Kahl, Charlie Kahl, Preston Allen, Nathan Allen, Alyson Allen, Jacob Allen, Kenzie Allen and Riley Allen.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Berean Baptist Church, 1405 Hewatt Road, Lilburn, GA 30047.

Kevin Lucas wrote a sympathy message

“Heaven is a richer place with the homegoing of Brother Terry Trippe. What a reunion there must have been with Sister Ruth and with his precious Lord Jesus Christ. My wife, Cindy Lucas, graduated from the school Terry was principal of in Macon. I had the privilege of serving as the Trippe family pastor for several years and found Brother Terry to be an enormous help. He loved to teach the Word of God and had a wonderful sense of humor. We will miss him! Our prayers go out to the family!”
