He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Blanchard and Jeanne Blanchard. He is survived by: his wife MaLinda Blanchard; and his siblings, Kim Welscher (Gary), Todd Blanchard and Allison Bogdan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
