He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Bookout (David) and Cindy Stephens (Dwayne); his grandchildren, Scott Bookout, John Bookout (Ploypailin) and Holly Stephens; his great grandchildren, Hailey Bookout, Onnya Bookout and Vietta Bookout; his great great grandchild Phoenix Lehman; and his sisters, Sandra Johnson and Linda Carelock. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
