He is survived by: his wife Ursula; his daughters, Annette Mayor and Linda Dykens; his son-in-law Sean Dykens; his grandchildren, Kaitlin, Kelsey Mayor, Conor and Tanner Dykens; his brother Dale Hope; and his sister-in-law Lana Hope.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital which was both Wayne and Ursula's chosen charity.
