He was predeceased by: his wife Rita Quinn Schrandt; and his son William C. Schrandt III. He is survived by: his daughters, Barb Schrandt-Braun (Kenneth Braun), Mary Beth Cornelius, Claire Melvin (Robin Melvin) and Carolyn Schrandt Davis. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
