He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Hulbert and Marie Hulbert. He is survived by: his wife Judie Hulbert; his sons, Michael Hulbert (Ginger), Mark Hulbert and John Hulbert (Yumiko); his siblings, Richard Hulbert (Iris), Carl, Jr. Hulbert (Jan) and Marianne Klink; his grandchildren, Jamian, Joshua, Allea, Heather, Trevor, Tanner, Selika and Sola; and his great grandchildren, Aiden, Lylah, River, Luca, Gaige, Gavin, MacKaye and Vyva. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, Friends.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Cancer Society in his memory.
