She was predeceased by: her parents, Dallas Morgan and Addie Presley Morgan; her husband Alton Pruitt McClain; and her siblings, Hutcherson Morgan, Thomas Morgan, Allen Morgan, James Morgan, Almeria Grubbs and Juanita Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Cress (Jerry) of Carnesville, Virginia Gibson (Gary), Lavonia, Steve Sosby and Martin; her grandchildren, Jeremy Cress (Susan), Sherry Whitlock (Randall), Keith Gibson (Pat), John Gibson (Jeria), Shannon Sosby (Lynnette), Allen Sosby (Chasity) and Casey McClain; and her sister Barbara Maddox. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
