She was predeceased by: her parents, Elton Bruce and Emily "Eugenia" Cape Bruce; her spouse Terry Moore of Carnesville; her daughter Donna; her siblings, Larry Malloy (Tina), Joyce McElroy and William Bruce; and her son-in-law Steve Kovacs.
She is survived by: her daughter Diane Smith of Buford; her grandchildren, Ashley Cauller (Shawn) of Dawsonville, Kristen Bagwell (Jonathon) of Winder and Lindsey Glaze (Eric) of Auburn; her great grandchildren, Becca Cauller, Chloe Cauller, Jackson Cauller, Dawson Bagwell, Dallas Bagwell, Denver Bagwell, Caden Parr, Preston Glaze and Parker Glaze; her siblings-in-law, Buddy McElroy of Ila and Patricia Bruce of Martin; and her caregiver Sharon Linton of Dawsonville. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Ginn Funeral Home (90 Church St, Carnesville, GA 30521). A funeral service was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Middle River Baptist Church (540 GA-326, Carnesville, GA 30521).
