He is survived by: his children, Tanya Dilbeck Fountain, Frederick "Freddy" Dilbeck, II and Ashley Dilbeck Partington; his daughter-in-law Amanda Dilbeck; his grandchildren, Dawn Fountain, Dustin Fountain, Hayden Dilbeck, Matthew Dilbeck and Ryan Dilbeck; his great grandchildren, Brooke Fountain, Shyanne Holtzclaw, Addy Dilbeck and Baylor Dilbeck; his brother E. C. Dilbeck; his niece Jeanette Bryson Parson; and his close friends, Pat, William Varner, Eva Meeks, Bobby Irvin and Betty Hulsey.
